Welcome to the Casa La Nucia website.

Our spacious and well appointed villa, which is located in a secluded valley in the hills above Benidorm, is available for long or short lets.

The villa is comprised of a self contained 4 bedroom villa and a
2 bedroom apartment.

The villa and the apartment have their own kitchen and bathrooms. The pool, main terrace and BBQ are shared by both parts of the villa. For more information select the details button on the left.

The Villa is perfectly situated, only 10 minutes drive from the beaches at Benidorm, in a quiet valley amongst tree clad hills. There are many attractions close by; historic hill towns such as Guadalest, outdoor activities such as climbing and walking and numerous theme parks.
