Casa La Nucia consists of a 4 bed villa and a 2 bed apartment. The apartment can be rented as an optional extra in addition to the villa. The villa and the apartment can be easily joined or seperated depending on requirement. The entire property is tastefully furnished throughout.

Main Villa

This is comprised of three double bedrooms (1 double bed and 4 single beds), a spacious living/ dining room, a fully fitted kitchen, a full family bathroom, a second bathroom en-suite to the main bedroom, an additional WC and a mezzanine area at the top of the building with two additional beds. Balconies open off the sitting room and the main bedroom. A sunny roof terrace opens off the mezzanine. The living room has a TV with both english and Spanish Channels and a HiFi. The main villa is entered by a spacious terrace.

Apartment

The flat has two double bedrooms, a sitting room with TV and HiFi, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The sitting room leads out directly onto the terrace and pool area.

Pool Terrace

The villa has a beautiful pool with waterfall style fountains cascading into it. The pool is surrounded by a paved terrace with a BBQ and decorated with potted shrubs and climbers. The pool terrace is accessible from both parts of the villa.

The entire villa is fully equipped with linen, towels, crockery, cutlery and glasses.
